A small successful Steel Fabrications business founded and run by owner Mark Rollins. Mark decided that he was spending far to much time on paperwork and not enough on managing his business and finding and winning new customers and business, so he turned to ViaOpus and we provided him with ROADS-Lite to help him out. ROADS-Lite is specifically designed for the smaller business, a single user system which simply helps to quickly generate accurate and professional looking quotations, helps track and convert the quotes into works order, produces works order sheets, records work done, and invoices the customer. It also generates and tracks purchase orders. Within a month of using ROADS Mark, with a broad smile on his face, declared "It has given me more than a day a week of my time back!" Mark has a lady who spends one day a week with him doing his accounts. He spent the day before getting his stuff ready for her, and a large proportion of the day working with her through the weeks work. Now all the information she needs is just ready there in the ROADS system. Mark has no need to spend a day getting things together, and needs to spend very little time with her when she is there, leaving him to concentrate on what he enjoys about his business, managing his men, and looking for and winning new customers. |
